i am roasting a whole turkey breast right now and will have tons of leftovers. do you have any good recipes for leftover turkey breast?
Here are a couple great, easy ideas, just substitute the turkey for chicken…
Quick Chicken Casserole
3 cups cooked, chopped chicken or turkey
1-16oz. package frozen broccoli florets, thawed
1-10oz. can cream of chicken soup with ? cup milk
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper
1 ? cups crushed cheese crackers
Combine chicken, broccoli, soup, mayo, and cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. Pour into buttered casserole dish and spread cheese crackers over top. Bake uncovered at 350 for 40 minutes or until bubbly.
Easy Chicken and Biscuits
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
2 T. oil
16 oz. frozen veggies, thawed
1 can cream of celery soup
? cup water
? t. chicken bouillon granules
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
? t. seasoned salt
Salt and pepper to taste
8 oz. tube refrigerator biscuits
Cook chicken in oil until no longer pink and juices run clear. Drain. Combine all ingredients, except biscuits, in a medium saucepan. Heat until bubbly. Spread into 9×5 loaf pan. Place biscuits on top, bake at 325 for 20-25 minutes or until biscuits are golden.
Easy Chicken Pot Pie
4 chicken breasts, cooked, skinned and deboned
40 oz bag frozen mixed vegetables
4 small potatoes
2 cans cream of chicken soup
4 Pillsbury ready pie crusts (in the dairy case)
Directions
Cook vegetables with potatoes until done. Drain and add soup and cut up chicken. Season to taste. Put into two unbaked pie shells. Top with pie crusts (cut vents). Bake at 350 degrees for
1/2 hour or until brown. Cool a bit before cutting.
Spicy Chicken and Rice
3 cups cooked, cubed chicken
2 cups cooked rice
1 can fiesta nacho cheese soup
1 can tomatoes and chopped green chilis
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Spoon mixture into a greased 3 qt baking dish. Cook, covered in 350 oven for 45 minutes.

Enchiladas same as chicken but better use Mexican cheese instead of cheddar. put sour cream on the side like salsa.

Cook some white rice than in a different pan melt a stick of butter a tablespoon of flour and 2 cups of heavy whipping cream and than after thickens up add shredded turkey and pour over rice. oh add salt and pepper in sauce.

All of these had at least 8 stars names on the box. Homegrown had 9 (10 if you count John Lithgow in a dual role) and I think there were only 7 for Meet the Parents.
And, when you get down to it, just about every single movie that Ben Stiller has ever been in has had a very good cast. Even Keeping the Faith, which had some great actors in minor roles, like Anne Bancroft.
I well cast movie is one you can name at least 7 or 8 stars in it who have made numerous movies.

Casablanca, with Humphrey Bogart, Ingrid Bergman and Claude Raines. I have seen a LOT of good movies, and each had an excellent cast for the most part, which made the choice hard for me. Contemporary movies of today just do not seem to have the spark of the classics. Think about "Gone With the Wind" for a moment; WHO ELSE could have played Rhett Butler and Scarlett O’Hara? My sentimental favorite though is The Quiet Man with John Wayne and Maureen O’Hara. I favored Casablanca only because the storyline is slightly better. The Quiet Man is a very close runner-up. I would love to find a woman like the character played by Maureen O’Hara…

A little back ground info. At 19 weeks pregnant my water broke, I continued with my pregnancy hoping I could make it to 24 weeks. I was put on bed rest and spend 5 weeks in the hospital on bed rest with observation and I made it to 28 weeks, before I got an infection and had a c-section. Gavin spent 7 weeks in the NICU and came home on o2. (he is still on it) In the NICU an eye doctor came in to check his eyes because sometimes with preemies their retinas are not attached, and his eyes still need to develop on there own.
His last eye appointment was last Friday and the eye doctor said his were looking fine right now, but he needed to see him back in 1 year. Since he was a preemie he was people come in and check his development and see if he is on track. He is 4 months 1 week old but his adjusted age is 1 month and 1 week. The lady who checked his development said we needed to work on him tracking objects with his eyes. Because he should be doing that The lady gave me some toys to work with him and he just stares right ahead while I am moving them side to side, it is like he doesn’t even see them. He won’t follow me at all with his eyes, I tried moving my hand from far away and bringing close to his face hoping he would shut his eyes when he saw it but he didn’t he just kept staring behind me. I know he hears if I rattle something his head will move toward the sound. It just seems like he doesn’t even see anything, when I feed him he will look up at me but when I move he won’t follow my face. I am really concerned that he can’t see. He is sensitive to light though. Is this normal? When can the eye doctor look at his eyes to determine if he can see? I am concerned with so little aminotic fluid for 9 weeks it hurt him? Is it possible he is bling? What should I do?
I ment blind not bling.
This is a conversation you should be having with a doctor/optition/health carer….

you seem very worried i would go see a doctor and have him checked. if he is sensitive to lights you could move a light up object from side to side very slowly and see if hes responsive. its an idea i dont know whether it will definately work!

Summer of Sam is good, although a little strange. One that isn’t actually about serial killers, but about one multiple murder is "In Cold Blood". It’s based on a true story, written by Truman Capote and starring Robert Blake as a very strange character.

From Hell. Its about Jack the Ripper, but if you watch it make sure you really concentrate on it otherwise youll get confused. I had to watch it twice before it made proper sense. Theres Monster about Aileen Wuornos. I think she was the first woman in America to face the death penalty. To be honest it didnt really scare me. More than anything I ended up feeling sorry for her
