any sexy comedy/romance anime or manga (like ai wo utau yori ore ni oborero)?

what’s up u guys!…well this it may be not easy 2 find 1 cauz ive already watched/readed a lot…but it doesn’t matter!!…well an example for manga could be Ai wo utau yori ni oborero or kaichou wa maid sama…for those who had read those u know whta i mean…4 those who don’t…read it!! (those are pretty good)!!…well…it might have a strong but yet beautifull female character (thosde who are always admired because of their beuty)a carfree one and if its a tomboy…even better!!…the boy has to be ovbiously sexy and must be crazy about the girl(even though he woudn’t say it so freely)!!!…jelously must play a great part of it(love when the boy fights over the girl)!!…many comedy of course!!..and the most important thing…must be SEXY!!…when i say sexy i mean that there are always scenes that show the perverted side of the boy!! u know "dirty stuff"…but beware with gross things cauz’ i’d probably vomit!!

Looking for name of movie from the 70s?

Longshot that anyone can answer this, but here goes: There was a movie, I think from the early 70s, made for television, in which a husband and wife moved in to a mansion which once belonged to a famous movie star. Me memory is very shaky here, but I recall a scene where the star is shown as being entombed in a glass viewing box on the property (Stalin-like). I think she somehow "came back" to terrorize he couple. That’s all I can remember, though! I was just a kid when I saw it. Anyway, perhaps someone here will know what I’m talking about. Thanks in advance.
